Piano man

These pics are from November 2011 when we were visiting Grama and Grampa in Michigan for Thanksgiving.  Nate decided to tickle the ivories a little bit…Papa would be so happy about that…

Starting him young

Nate grabbed my US magazine and had a pretty good time catching up on Hollywood gossip, in the bathroom, naturally.  My mom raised me on People, Star, and occasionally, the Enquirer.  Anyone who knows me knows I run to the mailbox on Thursdays because that’s when my US arrives!  I’m trying to teach Nate all of the basics here.  He was really into the Golden Globes dresses, and all of the weight loss ads.  He’s really getting tired of the Kardashians.

By the book

I snapped this picture of C and his friends this morning to enter into the I Heart Faces|By The Book photo challenge.  He’s always happier with a little company, and most mornings I have to bribe him with all kinds of stuff to get him to go use his potty.  You can see more entries here at I Heart Faces.  Update:  my photo was selected by Amy & Angie at IHF as a favorite pick from the By The Book challenge!  I am so excited 🙂  There were around 400 photos entered so I am thrilled to have mine chosen.  Yay!  You can click on the button below to see all of the winners.
