He sleeps. It’s about time! After a little over a year of living with a nocturnal baby, who incidentally didn’t like to sleep during the day either, I’ve always wanted to get a few pictures of him sleeping just to prove it can happen once in a while. He’s always done this great butt-in-the-air sleeping position, with his mouth wide open. While Nate sleeps pretty good now, he still likes to get up at dawn (or earlier).

I’ve been going back through all of my pictures from last year, and before that actually, organizing them all (New Year’s Resolution!) and I came across this one, from a day in the park last September. I love how Charlie just all of a sudden stopped and was looking up at this tall tree, feelin’ kind of small 🙂

ruth remus - maybe next one is him sitting in the crib at…say 5:15 w/ his arms up…you’ve lived w/ that one also for awhile but fear he’d be all tearful and mad if you didn’t pick him up!
